Development Fellow (Civil)

• Assist in site supervision, construction execution, and field coordination activities • Conduct site surveys, levels checking, and validation of construction works against drawings • Support senior engineers in planning, design review, and technical coordination • Assist in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity verification on site • Help in drafting and compiling technical, financial, and progress reports • Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications • Maintain site documentation, measurement records, and project logs • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution of works Qualification: • BS (Hons) in Civil Engineering • Fresh or up to 1 year of experience • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering software • Understanding of BOQ preparation, validation and estimation (preferred) • Strong communication and teamwork skills Domicile Quota: Pakistan Location of Job: Islamabad Test/ Interview location : Islamabad
