Job Description

Grade: Associate (level-1) • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, marketing automation tools, project management, analytics, or corporate/commercial environments. • Experience in managing events, running digital media campaigns, creating dashboards, and project management systems will be a plus. The position is based in Islamabad. The Associate Marketing Operations is responsible for supporting the organization’s marketing activities and ensuring smooth operational processes and outreach efforts, including digital media and events, by enabling seamless coordination, marketing automation, and organized project management. The role also involves preparing working papers and dashboards, delivering data-driven insights, and providing day-to-day operational support to the Market Development department. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and execution of outreach initiatives, digital media campaigns, events, and marketing projects. • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, project plans, and file-management systems to enhance operational efficiency. • Manage, organize, and retrieve digital and physical marketing files, creative assets, and campaign materials. • Learn and support procurement procedures (EOI, RFP, RFQ) pertaining to marketing activities. • Perform assigned responsibilities at the Associate level, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and timely task execution. Essential Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support outreach and cross-functional coordination. • Proficiency in digital media management, campaign execution, and relevant marketing tools. • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities for dashboards, project planning, and file management. • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record management. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective time management and workflow discipline. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and adherence to structured, process-oriented work. Education Requirements: • Minimum academic qualification is a bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, STEM, Business Administration, Project Management, or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university.
