MEP Engineer

12 years of MEP experience, including large healthcare projects • Proven experience in managing hospitals, tertiary health care facilities or complex building projects • Lead and coordinate MEP design across all disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Medical Gases, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS) • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (e.g. JCIA, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, ISO) • Review and approve design deliverables (concept, schematic, detailed, IFC) • Oversee MEP contractors and specialist vendors • HVAC (including isolation rooms, OT, ICU requirements) • Electrical power, UPS, and emergency power systems • ELV systems (Nurse Call, BMS, IT, Security) • Develop and implement a comprehensive MEP commissioning strategy. • Oversee testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), and integrated systems testing • Manage preparation and submission of budgets and cost control. • Review and support procurement of long-lead MEP and medical systems • Coordinate MEP Drawings & BIM Models • BE / BSc Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from HEC-recognized University. • PEC registration.
