Minimum three years post qualification experience in any reputable organization.
(i) Maintain files, registers and office records.
(ii) Assist in processing of cases, bills and correspondence.
(iii) Support HR, finance or legal sections as assigned.
(iv) Enter and retrieve data from official systems.
(v) Facilitate coordination within sections.
(vi) Any other duty assigned by the Director General or reporting officer.
(vii) Record management.
(viii) MS Office proficiency.
(ix) Organizational skills.
i. Qualification: Second class or grade “C” bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from a university recognized by HEC are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to Law Graduate
