Deputy Director - Youth Coordination and PR

At least 5 years post-qualification experience in experience developing and managing strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the public, private and development sectors in Pakistan in managing large-scale, complex, multi-partner projects. • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and initiatives in the private and/or public sector. • Experience of coordinating and working with the government of Pakistan. • • Excellent communication, networking, relationship management and leadership skills. Youth Coordination • Develop and implement youth engagement policies, programs, and initiatives. • Establish and maintain relationships with youth organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies. • Organize youth development programs, workshops, and capacity-building activities. • Coordinate with national and international organizations for youth empowerment projects. • Identify challenges faced by youth and recommend policy interventions. Public Relations & Outreach • Develop communication strategies to promote youth-related initiatives. • Represent the organization at national and international youth forums and events. • Maintain liaison with media houses, journalists, and relevant stakeholders. • Manage public relations campaigns and social media outreach. • Prepare press releases, reports, and promotional materials. Bachelors / Master’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, International Relations, Youth Development, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university..
