Assistant Director Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a monitoring and evaluation role.

• Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
• Technical knowledge of statistical software (SPSS or STATA) or programming

languages (R or Python) for quantitative analysis is a plus.

• • Technical knowledge of data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Assist the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager in the design, development and management of a monitoring and evaluation system across all components of the project. • Regularly review internship deliverables’ evaluation and interns’ performance evaluations. Undertake timely interventions in case of low evaluation scores. • Regularly review evaluations of internship experience by the interns. Undertake timely interventions in case of low evaluation scores. • Regularly review and communicate data obtained through monitoring and evaluation activities to the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager. • Consolidate and maintain an updated database of project inputs, outputs, activities, outcomes and impact. Assist the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager in producing M&E monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports, as needed and on-time. • Any other tasks assigned by the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Deputy Manager.

16 years academic qualification in Public Policy, Public Administration, Development,
Business, Political Science, Economics or related field from HEC recognized
university.
