Job Description

• 2+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. • Experience in government or large-scale public sector projects. • Familiarity with internship or training program administration. • Knowledge of financial record-keeping and office management procedures. • • Coordinates with IT, finance, and project teams for smooth execution. • The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Prime Minister Ba Ikhtiyaar Nawjawan Internship Program. The role involves assisting in documentation, data entry, correspondence, and coordination with internees, host organizations, and project teams to support the smooth execution of the internship process. • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing files, and handling correspondence. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the internship program. • Provide support in preparing reports, memos, and presentations. • Enter and update information related to internees, host organizations, and financial transactions in the database. • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data. • Maintain organized records for certification and program completion tracking. • Coordinate with internees and host organizations to provide necessary information and support. • Assist in responding to inquiries via email, phone, and official communication channels. • Support the project team in managing logistics for meetings and training sessions. • Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and available as needed. • Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and other financial documents. • Provide logistical support for on-site and virtual program activities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
