Job Description

Proven experience in a customer service, administrative support, or similar role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation and information accurately. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. • A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service and support. • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization skills. • Attention to detail. • Respond promptly to inquiries from interns, supervisors, and program coordinators via email, phone, post and in-person. • Handle and resolve issues or concerns raised by interns, partner organization and any other stake holder in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide clear and accurate information about program guidelines, procedures, intern data and opportunities to stakeholders. • Assist interns with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support throughout their internship period. • Collaborate with PMU staff to address complex issues and ensure smooth operation of the internship program. • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of intern and partner organizations interactions, program activities, and administrative tasks. • Prepare detailed reports on intern feedback, inquiries, and outcomes to inform program improvements. • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for enhancement and contribute to strategic decision-making. • Ensure compliance with program policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of program operations. • Any other tasks assigned by the senior management Minimum of 14 years of education or higher in any relevant discipline (ICT, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Electronics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Mathematics etc.) from HEC recognized university.
