Assistant Forensic Analyst Fire Investigation

• Conduct scene investigation and process cases as per approved SOPs. • Maintain chain-of-custody and integrity of collected evidence. • Operate scientific instruments. • Maintain and update Logs of crime scenes. • Assist quality assurance QA activities and ensure compliance with approved NFA SOPs. • Assist in verifications and validations on periodic basis and as and when required. • Report any nonconformance/incident/accident to Senior Forensic Analyst (SFA) and Forensic Analyst (FA). • Prepare duty roaster of drivers. • Perform trainings and competency assessments. • Appear as an Expert Witness in courts of Law. • Train junior team and newly hired members. • Other duties as assigned by SFA. A minimum of BS/BE/MSc (16 years education) in natural or applied sciences preferably in Fire Science from a local HEC Recognized University, Or An equivalent foreign bachelor degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. Preference will be given to the candidate having relevant experience as Fire Scene Investigator/ CSI/ DSI in designated forensic lab Punjab (1), Sindh (Rural) (1) Job Location: Islamabad 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added.
