Job Description

Ph.D with 7 years professional experience or Masters Degree with 9 years professional experience in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, HR Management, Public Policy or other relevant subject/disciplines. The candidate must have rich experience in the relevant field including 3-5 years service at senior management level preferably in public sector Reforms and leading associating teams. The job entails building strong working relationship with the concerned stakeholders of various Federal Government Organizations and also know-how of proposing intervention for transformation of such organizations in line with international & regional best practices. Having clear understanding of the subjects being performed by both Federal and Provincial Governments. Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in making presentation and resource planning is essential for fulfilling the job requirement. In carrying out this activity, the Institutional Reforms Expert must possess strong analytical skills in reviewing the present organizational structure, organogram, HR strength etc. and by proposing lean and efficient structures and motivated HR determined through international best practices and modeled in different countries.
