Data Assistant

At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis and data management. Preference will be given to those having experience in health related projects. Gather data from health facilities, community health programs, and other relevant sources. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into project databases. Maintain a secure, up-to-date, and well-organized data storage system. Analyse collected data to identify trends and insights related to diabetes prevalence, treatment outcomes, and intervention impact. Generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for stakeholders, highlighting progress and challenges. Support decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from data. Collaborate with the M&E team to track project performance indicators. Assist in the development and revision of M&E tools and frameworks specific to the diabetes project. Provide feedback on data quality and suggest improvements for data collection processes. Master in Statistics/MIS with 8 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis and data management. Preference will be given to those having experience in PSDP projects.
