Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement an integrated media strategy to increase PHF’s visibility both locally and internationally.
2. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, broadcasters, and content creators to ensure continuous media coverage for PHF.
3. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for PHF’s digital platforms, including the website, social media, and YouTube channels.
4. Social Media Management: Lead PHF’s social media presence, ensuring consistent content delivery across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
5. Public Relations: Develop and implement public relations campaigns to enhance PHF’s image, including managing crises and handling media inquiries.
6. Press Conferences and Interviews: Organize press conferences, media days, and interviews with players, officials, and coaches to enhance media coverage.
7. Brand Messaging: Ensure that all media content aligns with PHF’s branding and messaging guidelines.
8. Monitor Media Coverage: Monitor media coverage of PHF and provide regular analysis of PR campaigns, including success metrics and areas for improvement.
9. Crisis Communication: Lead communication efforts in response to crises, scandals, or negative media coverage, ensuring PHF’s reputation is maintained.
10. Digital Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for digital media campaigns, focusing on increasing fan engagement and interaction with PHF’s online content.
11. Sponsorship and Advertisement: Work with the Marketing & Commercial department to integrate sponsors into media content and secure advertising deals for PHF events.
12. Report to Senior Management: Provide regular updates to the Director General and senior management on media and broadcasting performance, making recommendations for future strategies.
Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration/Mass Communication, Marketing/ Social Sciences, or equivalent from a recognized university. Minimum three (03) years of post-qualification relevant experience, preferably in media relations, public relations, communications, or a similar role.
Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority.

• Good computer skills (MS Office and Reporting)
• Good in problem solving, proactive & should have good analytical and multi-tasking skills.

As per PHFSP-2 package and any other benefit(s) admissible subject to the approval of the President.
