Job Description

a). To watch legal work in the court of law. b). Providing interpretation and advice on all Legal issues and on local and international contract agreements, claims etc. , and rendering legal advice where needed. c). To liaison with the Divisional and Headquarters office litigation concerned to give advice in Land and other matters d). To attend courts of law when needed in the best interest of department. e). Vetting of contracts and agreements. f). To offer legal opinion in all legal matters and court cases. Ph.D. in Law with 05 years professional experience OR Masters in Law i.e., L.L.M, Barrister/Solicitor with 07 years- experience.

Master of Law (LLM) PhD in Shariah (Islamic Law & Jurisprudence) PhD in Law Master of LAW (LLM) International Trade Laws Master of LAW (LLM) International Legal Studies LLM-International Arbitration LLM- Human Rights Law LLM Comparative Commercial Law LLM Sharia & Law LLM Data Protection and Intellectual property LLM Commercial and Corporate Law LLM International Commercial and Business Laws LLM Corporate Law LLM-International and Maritime Law PhD in International Law
