Job Description

• Recruitment & Staffing o Assist in manpower planning and recruitment processes. o Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. o Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases. • Employee Relations o Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. o Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes. o Promote employee engagement and workplace harmony. • HR Operations o Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS data. o Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. o Ensure accurate documentation and reporting. • Performance Management & Training o Support performance appraisal cycles. o Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs. o Track training records and employee development plans. • Compliance & Policies o Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. o Support HR audits and statutory documentation. o Analyze HR data to support decision-making. Qualification: • BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience – 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
