• Develop and implement corporate strategy aligned with organizational and national priorities, ensuring strategic alignment of all projects with long-term goals.
• Drive business growth, innovation, and commercialization of key strategic initiatives.
• Lead and manage partnerships and collaborations with government, industry, and international agencies, serving as the primary liaison for strategic engagements.
• Coordinate and facilitate smooth execution of cross-functional and multi-agency projects, ensuring policy, strategic, and operational alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Required Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of senior-level experience in business strategy, corporate planning, liaison, coordination, or program management.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, business development, and managing interdepartmental, government, or international collaborations.
• Experience with PSDP-funded, donor-funded, public-private partnership initiatives, or other national-level programs is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
• PhD/MS in a relevant discipline of Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Finance, Strategy or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, corporate planning, technology-driven business models, organizational coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic communication.
