• Lead and manage all geomatics, GIS, remote sensing, and IT operations for the SII Digital Twin platform.
• Oversee acquisition and processing of spatial data (satellite imagery, LiDAR, drone survey, GPS) in coordination with CDA survey teams.
• Develop and maintain spatial databases, enterprise GIS systems, and 3D city model layers on the SII platform.
• Conduct process re-engineering for geospatial workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and avoid data duplication.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, standardisation, and compliance with Pak-NSDI and SDI policies.
• Supervise spatial analysis, 3D city model updates, urban simulations, and map creation activities.
• Manage GIS web-based dashboards, mobile GIS tools, and geospatial portal integrations with the Fusion Centre.
• Integrate geospatial systems with urban planning, land records, utilities, and infrastructure databases.
• Lead IT infrastructure planning for geospatial components including servers, databases, cybersecurity, and backups.
• Oversee software/hardware procurement, upgrades, and system maintenance for all geospatial components.
• Collaborate with CDA, Survey of Pakistan, WASA, and other agencies on geospatial data sharing and standards.
• Monitor emerging geospatial technologies and recommend future platform upgrades.
• Any other task assigned by management or the Project Director.
BS/MS in Space Sciences / GIS / Geomatics / Software Engineering/ Computer Sciences (16 years education).
