Spatial Planning Specialist

Age relaxation has already been added. • Provide strategic leadership for integrating geospatial technologies into urban and regional planning processes within the SII platform. • Supervise preparation, updating, and digitisation of master plans, zoning maps, and land-use data using GIS and remote sensing tools. • Coordinate with system integrator vendors to ensure unified spatial databases and planning consistency across all agencies. • Supervise development of digital spatial databases for planning, evidence-based decision-making, and Digital Twin analytics. • Coordinate with GIS developers, town planners, and survey teams to ensure accurate spatial data collection and integration. • Ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, development codes, and environmental guidelines in all spatial outputs. • Guide digitisation and modernisation of town planning processes through geospatial innovation on the SII platform. • Manage and mentor planners, GIS analysts, and technical staff assigned to spatial planning functions. • Support the preparation of city-level spatial analytics dashboards in the Fusion Centre Command & Control Centre. • Liaise with CDA urban planning directorate and NITB on land-use data standards and spatial data governance. • Any other task assigned by management or the Project Director. BSc in City & Regional Planning (CRP) or MS in CRP/GIS Registration with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planning (PCATP) preferred.
