Scale into a complete transformation plan for ICT. Key responsibilities: • Coordinate with CDA, FGEHA, ICT Administration, Punjab authorities, PLRA, development authorities, and relevant local bodies. • Support identification of pilot assets, project records, approval workflows, and authority data requirements. • Follow up on MoUs, data-sharing requests, workshop inputs, and field-level dependencies. • Support onboarding of developers, banks, PropTech firms, and other local stakeholders. • Monitor pilot readiness, including project documentation, verification workflow, citizen journey, and authority approvals. • Capture local bottlenecks and feed them into the program team. • Represent the sector team in regional meetings when required. • Support provincial replication planning after ICT pilot validation. Required profile: • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, economics, data analytics/ computer science and/or related field (PMP or similar certification preferred). • 6–8 years’ experience in regional coordination, real estate, urban development, government projects, land/revenue coordination or development-sector programs. • Strong understanding of the Islamabad/Punjab institutional landscape. • Ability to work with authorities, the private sector, and field teams. • Strong follow-up discipline and written reporting skills.
