Job Description

Minimum five (05) years post-qualification experience in IT Support, Network/Hardware Administration or Office Systems Management.

Experience in:

Windows Server environment.
LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi networks.
Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
VPN and networking.
File servers & centralized storage.
Backup & recovery systems.
IT procurement.
Installation, configuration & maintenance.
Public sector, railway, infrastructure, engineering consultancy or World Bank-funded projects will be preferred.
Any other task assigned by the Competent Authority.
