Qualification: -
• Ph. D Degree (applicants enrolled in Ph. D Program may also apply) in IR/DSS/Economics/Pol. Sc. or comparable discipline with excellent analytical ability and experience with particular focus on China, SCO and Central Asia will be preferred.
Core Competencies
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a University, think tank, research institution, or policy-oriented organization, with minimum five HEC-recognized research publications
• Strong leadership and team-management skills, including experience in supervising researchers and delivering quality outputs within defined timelines
• Established professional networks with Chinese think tanks, research institutions, and universities, with experience in fellowships, joint research, academic exchanges and international collaborations
• Experience in conceptualizing and leading research projects, policy dialogues, conferences, and bilateral exchanges
