Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute /university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks. Professional certification in HRM will be an added advantage.
Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in a reputable organization, particularly a public-sector corporate entity governed by the SOE Act. Candidates having strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, HR systems, policies and procedures,
performance management, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement practices, along with sound communication and problem-solving skills, will be preferred.
Key responsibilities:
The position of Manager HR shall report to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO). To effectively manage and support the Company’s human resource function by ensuring sound HR planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and implementation of HR policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, systems and guidelines in line with applicable laws and Company requirements.
• Manage manpower planning, workforce analysis and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including preparation of job descriptions, advertisements, shortlisting, interviews and appointment formalities.
• Maintain and update organizational structure, sanctioned strength and position-wise manpower records.
• Administer employee performance management and appraisal systems.
• Coordinate development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage compensation, benefits, allowances, increments, promotions and other employee-related matters.
• Coordinate training needs analysis, annual training plans, training calendars and employee development programs.
• Develop succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations in accordance with Company policy.
• Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of personnel records and HR information.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, manpower statistics and management briefs.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, auditors and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.
• Support management in policy formulation, organizational development and HR-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, service regulations and Company policies.
• Supervise and guide HR staff and ensure timely completion of departmental assignments
