Master's degree in business administration, Management, Public Administration or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign
institute /university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least
60% marks.
Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in administration/operations management. Candidates having strong organizational, facility management, procurement, vendor and contract management, budgeting, coordination
and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to manage administrative operations efficiently, will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
The position of Administration Manager shall report to the Head of Administration. To ensure efficient management of administrative services, facilities, office infrastructure, logistics and support functions of the Company and to provide an effective administrative environment for smooth business operations.
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Company.
• Ensure effective management and maintenance of office buildings, facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate provision of utilities, office services, maintenance and other administrative facilities.
• Manage office space allocation, furniture, equipment and related administrative resources.
• Supervise security, safety, cleanliness and other support services.
• Manage vendors, contractors and service providers in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor service contracts, maintenance agreements and administrative work orders.
• Coordinate procurement of routine administrative items in accordance with approved procedures.
• Manage transportation, fleet, logistics and official movement arrangements, where applicable.
• Coordinate official meetings, conferences, events and other Company functions.
• Maintain proper records of administrative assets, contracts and service arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, procurement procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Monitor administrative expenditure and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Identify opportunities for improving administrative efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Coordinate disaster preparedness, workplace safety and emergency arrangements.
• Liaise with government departments, service providers, contractors and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare administrative reports, budgets, proposals and management briefs.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective performance of the team.
