Job Description

Assist businesses in understanding and navigating regulatory requirements and procedures.
Provide guidance on business registration, licensing, and compliance issues.
Initiate Application Process and Data Entry for new application or process to append additional document with existing application.
Seek Confirmation of entered data from the client before submission and rectify any mistake pointed out by the client.
Help businesses access available government incentives and support programs.
Respond to inquiries from businesses and provide accurate information.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance.
Address and resolve complaints and issues faced by businesses.
Maintain accurate records of business interactions and transactions.
Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between businesses and regulatory authorities.
Maintain and update databases of business clients and regulatory requirements.
Prepare regular reports on BFC activities, performance metrics, and business trends.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Develop marketing materials and strategies to attract and support businesses.
Any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority
