Job Description

Qualification:

Foreign or Local LLM or Barrister-atLaw or Solicitor with at least nine (09) years’ experience in legal and legislative matters in public orprivate sector.

Professional credentials:

Experience of drafting or reviewing of Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts and other Legal Documents.
Preferably having understanding of International Law and skills of rendering legal opinion on policy and regulatory matters and experience in legislative drafting.

Shortlisting Criteria:

Candidate having experience in public sector will be preferred followed by state run corporations / entities and private corporations of repute.
