Junior Auditors

Primary Role: Handles initial document entry and basic pre-audit compilation.

Core Job Duties:

• Post and maintain initial work registers, cash books, and ledger entries for public funds.
• Process, sort, and perform initial checks on payment claims, pension files, public works/contractor bills, and revenue refunds.
• Assist in compiling monthly civil accounts and bank reconciliation statements.
• Prepare draft objection statements and gather supporting vouchers for review by Senior Auditors or Assistant Accounts Officers.
• Handle routine data entry, file maintenance, and inter-departmental dispatch of receipts and schedules
