Office Attendant

Eligible Qualification & Experience:

Middle level education with two (02) years post qualification relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of tea, coffee, and light refreshments for official meetings and office staff.
• Assist the Cook/Chef in food preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, dining area, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Receive, store, and arrange food items and kitchen supplies.
• Serve meals and refreshments during official meetings, seminars, and special events.
• Deliver files, documents, and official correspondence within the office premises when required.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and other routine office support tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms, and common areas, where assigned.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Terms and Conditions

• This position is on contract basis for an initial period of three years, extendable based on performance and business needs.
