Qualification:

Minimum Matric with 03 years Vocational Diploma in (cutting / tailoring / sewing / emboridery from Govt Institute and computer literate. Preference will be given to higher qualification

Age: (18-30) + 5 years (General) + 5 years (Balochistan) = 40

Job Location: Local Based District Wise posts: (2 x each for Kalat, Lasbela, and Loralai, 1x each for Bolan, Noshki, Panjgoor and Barkhan)

Job Description:

• Designing structured lesson plans, preparing drafting guides to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced students.
• Delivering live, step-by-step demonstrations on precise fabric cutting, machine and hand sewing methods, and diverse embroidery stitching styles.
• Providing personalized, real-time guidance during practical sessions to help students correct fitting errors, master complex stitches, and fix sewing machine issues.
• Assessing students' finished garments, stitch work quality, and structural neatness to grade their practical progress.
• Maintaining workshop safety by supervising the proper use, cleaning, and basic servicing of sewing machines, cutting tools, irons, and needles.
