Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in IT,CS, Management Sciences discipline from HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience as a Senior Managerial position. Must have 05 experience experience in handling project activities in PSDP / ADP/Govt projects. Experience in finance, HR/operations-related functions, capacity building programs and strategic management.
Skills Required:Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and strategic planning abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of the IT industry and export market dynamics.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Excellent knowledge of Country Marketing, Country Branding, Event Management, Brand Building, B2B Businesses, Lead Tracking, and events follow-ups along with knowledge of project management (Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Execution, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment, training, and development of project staff.Implement HR policies and practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity.Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations.Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the IT ecosystem in Pakistan.Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry associations, and government agencies.Support the creation of innovation hubs, incubators, and accelerators.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to promote PSEB and its initiatives.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.Represent PSEB at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.Oversee administrative functions, including procurement, logistics, and office management.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project impact and effectiveness.Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure project goals are being met.Prepare and present M&E reports to stakeholders and to Competent AuthorityDevelop and implement communication strategies to promote project goals and achievements.Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.Manage media relations and respond to public and stakeholder inquiries.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.managing marketing-related activities, managing regulatory affairs, undertaking initiatives of ease of doing business and policy development preferably from technology driven organization
Annual Increment: A 5% increment will be given depending upon KPIs achievement and overall performance in the year
