Ph.D in relevant subject(s) with 03 years professional experience in the relevant field or Masters in relevant subject(s) with 05 years experience in the relevant field. Job Description: o Oversee a portfolio of commercial state-owned entities (companies established under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017) as mentioned in the SOEs Act 2023 o Maintain and analyze the record of annual reports/ financial statements of all commercial SOEs of the Federal Government. o Be custodian of comprehensive database needed for monitoring and analysis of performance of non-commercial SOEs of the Federal Government. o Any other responsibility assigned by the Competent Authority. Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Management Science/ Computer Science/ Data Science or any other relevant subject from HEC recognized institute OR Master’s degree in Commerce /Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance/ Management Science/ Economics/ Computer Science/ Data Science from HEC recognized institute OR Member of IFAC International Federation of Accountants (CA/CPA/ICMA) Chartered Accountant Certified Public Accountant Cost and Management Accountant Experience Requirements: • In case of Ph.D, 3 years relevant experience preferably at large national/ multinational corporate organization or public sector entities • In case of Masters, 5 years relevant experience preferably at large national/ multinational corporate organization of public sector entities • In case of Member of IFAC International Federation of Accountants (CA/CPA/ICMA) 5 years relevant experience preferably at large national/ multinational corporate organization of public sector entities
